These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RiskWise Academy website, platform, educational content, courses and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, enrolling in a course or purchasing any course or other paid content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

RiskWise Academy is an educational platform focused on trading and financial-market education.

Where applicable, the Platform may be operated in cooperation with or connected to FXORO Global. Any regulated brokerage services provided by FXORO Global are subject to separate terms, agreements, risk disclosures and regulatory documentation.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your country of residence to use the Platform or purchase a course.

The Platform is not intended for persons who are prohibited from accessing educational or financial-market content under the laws applicable to them.

Certain courses, features or services may not be available in all countries.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.

5. Courses and Educational Content

Course structure, lesson numbers, content, instructors, availability and other course details may change from time to time.

We may update, modify, replace or improve educational content where reasonably necessary.

Where a course is described as including a certificate, the applicable course completion requirements will be communicated on the relevant course page.

A certificate confirms completion of the stated educational requirements. It does not represent a professional qualification, financial licence or certification to provide financial services.

6. Free Content

Certain lessons or educational materials may be available free of charge.

Free content may require registration and may be subject to the same account and usage rules as paid content.

We may modify or discontinue free content at any time.

7. Paid Courses and Purchases

Courses available for purchase are offered as one-time purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.

The applicable price will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location and applicable law. Any applicable taxes will be displayed during the checkout process where required.

A purchase is completed when payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Access to the purchased course will normally be made available through your Platform account after successful payment.

By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not generally store complete payment card details on our own systems where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

We may receive limited payment-related information necessary to confirm and administer your purchase.

9. Digital Content and Immediate Access

Courses are digital content provided electronically.

Where permitted by applicable law, you may be asked during checkout to expressly request that access to the purchased digital content begins immediately.

Where applicable, you may also be required to expressly acknowledge that, once the statutory requirements have been satisfied and access has begun, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal in relation to the digital content.

The specific wording and mechanism used at checkout will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

10. Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds and cancellation rights are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms.

Where the Platform links to FXORO Global or another regulated financial-services provider, that provider's own terms, policies and regulatory disclosures will apply.

14. Trading and Financial-Market Risk

Trading financial instruments, including leveraged products such as CFDs and Forex, involves significant risk.

Market prices can move rapidly and losses can occur.

Educational content on the Platform does not eliminate or reduce the financial risks associated with trading.

You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

15. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular level of knowledge, trading performance, income or financial result through using the Platform.

16. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
